Expander 8mm, Black or Clear Acrylic. This 3mm Acrylic UV expander is great for stretched lobe piercings. Once an ear lobe piercing is healed an expander can be slowly pushed through the hole, stretching it as the expander tapers outwards. This expander is not autoclavable.
